1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BucketUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BucketUI is a desktop application designed to enhance your experience with Amazon S3. The Service provides features including in-place editing, search, bulk operations, and multi-profile support for AWS S3 management.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

5. AWS Credentials and Data

BucketUI requires access to your AWS S3 buckets to function properly. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your AWS credentials
• Ensuring you have the necessary permissions to access and modify the S3 buckets you connect to
• Backing up any data that you store, transmit, or display on or through the Service

We do not store your AWS credentials on our servers. All credentials are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. If you want to stop Bucket UI from using your credentials, you can simply delete the credentials from your device, logout from AWS SSO or delete the application.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Service.

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect any subscription you have already purchased.

6.1 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We provide a full-feature 7 days free trial for you test the features. Please use that time to make sure you like the application and if you don't, do not purchase the premium offerings. You are welcome to use the free version for free forever.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BucketUI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUCKETUI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BucketUI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete the application.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Please make sure to check the Terms of Service regularly for updates.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
